Awarded to the person considered by the committee who has done the most for the club during the year. Not necessarily a player but someone who is readily available and will assist at functions, work behind the scenes, umpire regularly, match manage and coach, but not necessarily all of these at once. Someone who works to improve skills in their area (e.g. get accreditation for MM or umpiring)
